Over the last 10 years Iggy Domagalski has led the transformation of Tundra from a small instrumentation distributor to an innovative $140-million industrial equipment integrator with seven divisions, that was named as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, and is the 7th fastest growing company in Canada in the Profit 500 annual listing. He has led the purchase and amalgamation of four private companies, and has built divisions from scratch, including Tundra University, an internal leadership and training program. His ability to build exceptional management teams with a culture of growth, innovation and philanthropy, has led to Tundra being recognized as ‘Employer of the Year’ by numerous industry associations, and named an ‘Imagine’ company for outstanding community support.

Prior to Tundra, Iggy started his career in Corporate Finance at Investors Group and Richardson GMP in Winnipeg, and later became President of Western Industrial Enterprises, an air compressor distributor in Vancouver.

Iggy is passionate about supporting his community and has served on the boards of the Learning Disabilities Association and the International Society of Automation. He currently serves on the board of the Kids Cancer Care Foundation, and is their Fundraising Chair responsible for $5 million in annual fundraising. He regularly speaks about innovation and has been recognized as one of Oilweek’s Rising Stars, Alberta Oil’s New Energy Leaders, and Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40.

Iggy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Asper School of Business, where he was class President and Valedictorian. There is also an award in his name at the Asper School that was created by his students, which has been given away annually since 2004. He lives in Calgary with his wife and twin daughters, and in his spare time enjoys running, reading, and playing music.
